Nicholas Kozak got started in the real estate business in 2014, while he was a public school Art teacher. He began flipping a houses and, as he noticed the market getting stronger, he decided to get his real estate license to delve deeper into the business. While he learned the administrative side of the real estate business, Nick transformed himself into an extremely successful Realtor. He used his creative background to his advantage to gain an edge with marketing in the industry. His experience with social media and design fast-tracked his exposure and helped him become a well-known member of the real estate community.
Real estate is what Nicholas was meant to do. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate, new construction, land, and real estate investors. He is licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the East Bay Chamber of Commerce.
Nicholas graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2009 with a BFA in Painting and Art Education. He lives in Swansea with his wife Jeri and his daughter Zoe.
